  Terrible management. Won't take responsibility for anything. They honestly don't care about any of their tenants. Management is incapable of doing anything, their only excuse is that they have been told by some higher ups in Texas on what to do. We've been living in our apartment that got flooded and has been under construction for almost an entire month now, and they aren't fixing it. They also are making us live there while the apartment is under construction. We have no floor, no ceiling, no lights, and there is constant hammering all day. Communicating with management is impossible, you get told one thing and then the next is completely different. We've been lied to the entire time that this has been going on. We were informed that we would be getting 2 months of rent off, then it turned to 1, and now it's half a month. The only compensation they offered was half a month's rent and $180 that was to cover 3 days even though we can't use our kitchen or our living room. They won't offer us hotel rooms because they don't want to incur expenses. Ridiculous excuse of an apartment complex. They don't understand what it means to be a professional. Update: Well guess what, it's Friday, and the ceiling isn't finished, and the floor is still gone. Well done. Bravo @TheHarrison

  Awful - complained to maintenance & put in a work order for our washing machine because it is broken and makes a loud, awful sound if you try to use it. Put the order back in August and it is now February - we have contacted numerous times and have been told different things - the maintenance is awful. Tons of things broken when moved in - do not live here!
